The Piano Duo will be making two appearances at the Proms on 9th August, as part of the “Multiple Pianos Day” (concerts 32&33), one of the highlights of this year’s festival. We will be presenting the world premiere of a specially commissioned brand new Two Piano Concerto by Anna Meredith, and in the following concert we will join Colin Currie and Sam Walton for a performance of Bártok’s Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion.
